Hoptown wrestlers take 4th place at Henderson Duals

The Hopkinsville High School wrestling team competed in the Henderson County Fighting Colonel Classic Dual Meet on Saturday and finished 3-3.

The Tigers won duals over Calloway County, a filler team, and Trigg County while falling to Apollo, Henderson County, and South Warren to take fourth place out of 10 teams.

Andrew Kraft finished 5-0 on the day in the 138-pound division and Kyrie Cannon went 3-0 in the 132-pound division. Garrison Meacham also had a good day for the Tigers, finishing 4-1 at 144 pounds.

Hoptown returns to the mat on Thursday against Fort Campbell in a dual match.
