Heads up motorists on KY 1682 in Christian County—the shoulder near the five mile-marker is closed and waiting repairs from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
According to a news release, crews have blocked the shoulder of the eastbound lane due to a depression that has formed in the road surface outside of the driving lane. This closure, resulting in a lane restriction, is located near the 4.6 mile-marker, just east of the intersection of U.S. 41.
KYTC crews expect to make repairs quickly—during construction, an additional lane restriction may be required for safety purposes.
