The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers’ soccer team split a doubleheader Saturday in the Lady Colonels’ Showcase at the Stadium of Champions.
In the first game, North Hardin shut out Hoptown 8-0. Jaleigha McFarland had 10 saves in the loss.
The Lady Tigers found their offense in the second game as Kaydon Coats continued her hot start to the season with four more goals. The junior has 15 goals already this season.
Kaylyn Lynch had a hat trick and added two assists and Azaa Enkhtugs added three assists.
Lauren Jones, Kila Cherry, and Yadira Idrogo also had a goal each for Hoptown (5-6).
McFarland had three saves in goal for the Lady Tigers, who are scheduled to play Monday at Calloway County.
