Christian County Public Schools have been recognized as America’s Healthiest Schools by the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.

This national distinction honors schools that prioritize the health and well-being of students, staff and families.

Three schools – Millbrooke Elementary School, Indian Hills Elementary School and Christian County Middle School – earned a spot on the All-Star List, an honor reserved for schools that meet the standards of all nine categories of health and wellness.

For 2025, the Alliance for a Healthier Generation is celebrating a record 1,120 schools in 34 states and Washington, D.C., with just 168 schools nationwide achieving All-Star status.

District leaders congratulated schools for advancing policies and practices that support healthy learning environments and that they are proud of the students, staff and families for making wellness a priority.
