It was a tough start to the season for the Heritage Christian Academy volleyball team on Tuesday night at Madisonville-North Hopkins High School.
The Lady Warriors, who are the defending Region 2 champions, opened the match by winning the first set 25-20.
However, new coach Ashton Craft’s squad dropped the second set 25-18 and the third set 25-23.
The Lady Maroons captured the fourth set 25-21 and won the match 3-1.
Individual statistics from the match were not reported to WHOP this morning.
HCA is scheduled to open District 8 play Thursday night at Hopkinsville.
