A part of Interstate 24 in Lyon County is set to have nighttime closures while a micro-resurfacing project is underway.
I-24 between the Cumberland River Bridge and Exit 45 will have restrictions from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Micro-paving work on the eastbound lanes will begin Monday night and then by Wednesday night work could transition to the westbound lanes.
A 55 MPH speed limit will be set in the work zone while paving is underway. The overall project, which includes parts on interstates 24 and 69, should be completed by September 30.
