The Clarksville Police Department has identified the pedestrian killed in a collision on Tiny Town Road and some details on the incident.
According to a news release, 72-year-old Roger Holmes of Clarksville was walking along Tiny Town Road and reportedly attempted to cross the roadway while wearing dark clothing at about 6:30 p.m. on January 31.
That’s when he was struck by two vehicles, and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
