It was a weekend of fundraising success, and that was true also for Christian County Relay for Life, as they kicked off their annual campaign with a pancake breakfast Saturday morning.
It took place at First Baptist Church and represent the start of the fundraising season for Relay For Life, a non-profit that support local folks who are battling cancer. And Saturday got them off to a good start, as Relay raised $2,367 to go towards their efforts.
If you weren’t able to make it out to the breakfast, don’t you worry, because this campaign will last until the Relay For Life event held in the summer and after, so there’s still plenty of time to donate to the cause.
