The Oak Grove Police Department have arrested an Oak Grove man in relation to a rape investigation, and a search resulted in drug charges.
According to the department, a search warrant was served against Jason Needham of Oak Grove on Saturday, resulting in the discovery of over five pounds of marijuana and mushrooms and a large amount of drug paraphernalia.
Needham was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substances—he was also booked into the Christian County Jail on first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and first-degree unlawful imprisonment.
