CCPS appoints Kim Lint as principal of MLK Early Learning Center

After being selected to serve as the interim principal of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Early Learning Center in September, Kim Lint is set to continue to serving in that leadership role without the interim tag.

The Christian County Public School System announced on Thursday that Lint was affirmed as principal of the early learning center.

According to a news release, Lint has over 30 years of experience in education as an elementary school teacher, instructional coach, curriculum specialist and assistant principal. She also has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in elementary education.

Assistant Superintendent Jessica Addison says they are delighted to officially welcome Lint into the role of principal and with her background and passion for early learning she bringing exceptional leadership to the school.

Lint says she is excited to continue supporting students, staff and families as well as providing a nurturing, safe and enriching environment where all children can grow, learn, and feel valued.
