Exit 5 of the Pennyrile Parkway to Lovers Lane will be temporarily closed on Monday morning.
According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the closure is to allow for crews to remove brush located near the roadway and will begin at 8 a.m. and last until approximately 3 p.m. There will be no marked detour, but motorists can take Exit 6 to U.S. 68.
Follow U.S. 68 to U.S. 41A, then head south on U.S. 41A to Lovers Lane.
