UHA, Saints run at KTCCCA Meet of Champions

University Heights Academy and Saints Peter and Paul sent their middle school and elementary school cross country runners to the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association Meet of Champions Saturday in Lexington.

In the boys’ middle school race, UHA’s Ronan Croney-Sallie took 31st overall in a time of 14.41.29 and Graham Conrad earned a 52nd-place finish in a time of 15:00.23.

Others runner for the Blazers, who earned a 25th place finish out of 58 teams, included Garrett Bowling (152, 16:28.66), Lane Loden (274, 18:02.25), Scar Venable (286, 18:15.92), Hayden Hayes (289, 18:18.20), and Lucas Stine (359, 20:14.19).

In the elementary school race, Lewis Conrad finished 165th in 9:33.44 for UHA.

For the Saints, Korie Hurt took 29th overall in the girls’ middle school race with a time of 12:25.53.

In the elementary school race for SS Peter and Paul, Madeline Lose was the top finisher at 36th with a time of 8:51.13.

Others running for the Saints included Karleigh Walker (10:05.81), Serenity Anderson (10:14.29), Valentinia Onate (10:35.55), Bex Phillips (10:36.26), Maebry Jones (10:59.91), Kaeline Aadams (11:57.36), Kennedy Walker (12:00.83) and Harley Bush (12:10.49).
