A Hopkinsville man was flown to a Nashville hospital following a single-vehicle semi crash on Davis Farm Road Monday.
According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, it happened in the 100 block around 2:45 p.m. when a tractor-trailer driven by 70-year-old Gabe Dawson of Hopkinsville went off the roadway after he reportedly lost consciousness behind the wheel.
The truck left the roadway and went into a field before coming to a stop.
Dawson was transported to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment of injuries.
