Louisville Orchestra set to perform in Hopkinsville

For their “In Harmony” tour the Louisville Orchestra has brought their music to numerous communities across Kentucky and on Wednesday the orchestra will be right here in Hopkinsville.  

The Louisville Orchestra formed in 1937 and the organization’s “In Harmony” tour is a multi-season program that began in 2022. Since the tour’s inception the orchestra has performed for over 27,000 Kentuckians across 38 counties through more than 127 events.

Along with the tour, the orchestra also hosts educational events for those who have a passion for music.

The orchestra’s performance will be conducted by Gabriel Lefkowitz and will also feature cellist Ben Sollee. The performance gets underway at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Christian County High School.
