The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers tuned up for their District 8 volleyball match with University Heights Academy tonight by competing in the Quad State Tournament over the weekend in Paducah.
The Lady Tigers dropped a pair of matches Friday night to Bowling Green (25-8, 25-9) and Graves County (25-15, 25-7).
On Saturday, Hoptown fell to Dyer County, Tenn., (25-4, 25-6) before dropping a 25-13, 25-23 match to Ballard Memorial. In the Lady Tigers’ third match of the day, they fell to Muhlenberg County 25-12, 25-16 before being eliminated from the tournament by Ballard Memorial (25-9, 25-10).
The Lady Tigers (2-16) will take on UHA tonight in Blazer Gym in a match that is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m.
