A second suspect has now been charged in the death of an 18-year-old on Ash Ridge Drive in Clarksville on September 10.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, 19-year-old Davontay Spencer of Clarksville is now facing charges of accessory after the Fact, theft of a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended license. He was allegedly present at the time of the shooting that occurred on September 10 in the Ash Ridge Drive area that resulted in the death of 18-year-old Carlos Wills of Lebanon, Tennessee.

20-year-old Za’Kwon Jaterrion Holliday of Clarksville is already in custody and charged with criminal homicide in connection with the fatal shooting.
