Caldwell County defeated Christian County 8-1 Tuesday night in a girls’ high school soccer match at the Stadium of Champions.
Jayleigh Campbell had the lone goal for the Lady Colonels on a penalty kick.
Christian County slips to 1-9-1 overall and will play host to Franklin-Simpson on Thursday night.
Caldwell County improved to 4-4 on the season.
