An Elkton man is facing numerous charges following an investigation by the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force.
According to a news release, detectives with the Task Force and deputies with the Todd County Sheriff’s Department were doing follow-up investigations stemming from multiple arrests on August 9. Investigation determined that 30-year-old Jeremy Wilson of Elkton had allowed a minor child to engage in illegal activities with other minor children present.
It was also determined that Wilson was allegedly the individual who fled at a high rate of speed from the Todd County Sheriff on August 9—he is also suspected to be engaging in criminal activity with several others who were arrested recently.
Wilson was arrested and charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, trafficking in marijuana over five pounds, engaging in organized crime, unlawful transaction with a minor, endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
