Sheriff’s deputies arrest man following shots fired complaint

Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 61-year-old Terry Craig in connection to a shots fired incident that reportedly happened in the 4000 block of Mt. Zoar Latham Road on May 19.

According to a report, deputies made contact with residents who reported Craig for firing a handgun following an altercation. The altercation reportedly began when Craig was shining a flashlight at his neighbors who were hosting a party which led to a verbal altercation.

Craig then allegedly threatened to physically harm those at the party and retrieved a gun from his residence firing it near one of the victims.

Craig was arrested on May 22 and charged with second-degree wanton endangerment and third-degree terroristic threatening. Craig reportedly has a history of complaints against him which includes pointing a handgun at his neighbors.
