Officers from the Hopkinsville Police Department arrested a Hopkinsville woman on Tuesday after she was suspected of committing cruel acts toward animals.
Nastacha Moore of Hopkinsville was arrested after police executed a complaint warrant that was signed by Christian County District Court Judge, J. Foster Cotthoff in November 2023.
Moore was charged with torture of a dog or cat with serious physical injury or death and second-degree cruelty toward animals.
