Kentucky State Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting that took place in Marshall County early Tuesday morning.
Few details were immediately available, but according to a news release, KSP is investigating the incident that sent one male subject to Lourdes hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries at the request of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
A second suspect had been taken into custody and charged with first-degree burglary.
The investigation remains ongoing.
