A home on Hilltop Drive was damaged by fire early Friday morning.
Three stations with the Hopkinsville Fire Department responded to the scene on Hilltop near North Main Street around 2 a.m. thanks to calls from a passerby, and upon arrival, did several searches of the home to confirm it was vacant. The fire was quickly extinguished.
No one was injured in the incident and cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
