Christian County Wrestling Dominates King Of The Bluegrass Tournament

In a spectacular showcase of skill and determination, the Christian County Wrestling team emerged victorious at the recent King Of The Bluegrass tournament, securing the top spot among 21 teams.

The Individual Placer Winners of the team were:

• Elijah Cooper: 3rd place @ 106 lbs

• Anthony Velasco: 2nd place @ 113 lbs

• Kevondre Young: 3rd place @ 120 lbs

• Holden Schneider: 1st place @ 126 lbs

• Dane Miller: 2nd place @ 132 lbs

• Noah Pulsinelli: 5th place @ 138 lbs

• Deacon Harrison: 7th place @ 144 lbs

• Joshua Cohoon: 4th place @ 150 lbs

• Zach Eads: 7th place @ 150 lbs

• Isaiah Davidson: 7th place @ 190 lbs

• Xaveir Reid: 4th place @ 215 lbs

The team’s stellar overall performance was highlighted by senior Holden Schneider, who clinched the top spot in the 126 lbs category. As a cohesive unit, the Christian County Wrestling team amassed an impressive 211.5 points, securing their well-deserved 1st-place finish.
