A motorcyclist was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Butler Road last week in Christian County.
According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, it happened Thursday around 2:30 p.m. when a motorcycle operated by 47-year-old Edward Gilstrap of Hopkinsville was approaching the intersection with Overby Lane.
Gilstrap reportedly lost control in the curve and left the roadway, striking a ditch and a highway sign before coming to a stop.
He was transported to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment of multiple injuries.
