Cram the Cruiser events set for Saturday to benefit families in need

Cash Express is once again partnering with the Christian County Sheriff’s Department and the Hopkinsville Police Department for “Cram the Cruiser” to help families in need this Christmas.

Speaking with WHOP News, Public Information Officer Chris Miller says they’re looking for donations of new toys, new or gently used coats, shoes and more to benefit those in need this holiday season, and they’ll be at the Cash Express on West Seventh Street from 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. on December 1.

He says it’s all about helping out how they can during a time of year where things can get tough, and this year the donations will go to Micah Mission.

If you can’t make to Cash Express on December 1, you can always drop things off at the Sheriff’s Office, and they’ll make sure it gets where it needs to.

The Hopkinsville Police Department will also be at Cash Express that day—but at the location on Fort Campbell Boulevard from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. where they will also be having a bake sale.
