Two people were injured in a roll-over crash on Cadiz Road Sunday that involved a tractor.
According to the report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Torrie Davis of Cadiz was heading westbound on Cadiz Road when she believes she dozed off behind the wheel. Her vehicle drifted onto the shoulder, where two tractors were being driven, and it collided with one of the tractors.
The vehicle overturned at least once and the tractor was sent into the median. A 12-year-old passenger in Davis’ vehicle was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
The driver of the tractor, 65-year-old Faustino Martinez-Torres of Hopkinsville, went by private vehicle to the hospital for treatment of head wounds.
