The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred on Fort Campbell Boulevard sometime Tuesday afternoon.
According to the police report, the suspect approached the victim at a business in the 2100 block of Fort Campbell Boulevard and physically assaulted him, causing an apparent minor injury, before taking the victim’s cellphone. A suspect is redacted on the report.
The incident is being investigated as first-degree robbery.
