After watching construction take place on Fort Campbell Boulevard for several months, Chipotle Mexican Grill is set to open in Hopkinsville on Wednesday.
According to a news release, Chipotle will open its doors at 10:45 a.m. and it will open everyday until 10 p.m. and will include a drive-up window for those ordering via the Chipotle mobile app. The restaurant is located at 3100 Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville and will feature a new menu item for a limited time, the fan favorite Carne Asada.
