The Hopkinsville Police Department has served an arrest warrant against a Morgantown woman for felony theft by unlawful taking.
According to the warrant, 51-year-old Kelly Rae Gregory of Morgantown allegedly picked up medication for the victim from a pharmacy in Ohio County in April and failed to deliver that medication to the victim.
She reportedly had a domestic violence order against the victim of the theft at the time.
Gregory was arrested in Hopkinsville and charged with felony theft.
