A person was taken to a local hospital after they were hit from behind while pushing a vehicle on the 101st Airborne Division Parkway Wednesday night in Clarksville.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, the collision occurred around 10:30 p.m. on the Parkway near Ringgold Road, where a male victim was behind a vehicle, pushing it. That automobile was then struck from behind by another vehicle.
The pedestrian was taken to Tennova Healthcare, and their status is currently unknown.
The roadway was close for several hours as investigators were on scene. Anyone with information on the collision is asked to call (931) 648-0656.
