A woman has been charged with second-degree burglary following investigation into trespassing Monday morning.
According to the Hopkinsville police report, officers responded to the Little River Motel for calls of an individual that had been trespassed from the property but was in a room that she did not pay for. Upon arrival, contact was made with 55-year-old Tammy Hardison in a room that she had previously trespassed from.
Hardison had reportedly gained access to the room through unknown means and had moved back in, making it so the owner could not rent the room. Hardison was also allegedly not rendering payment for the room.
