Hopkinsville’s Casey Jones Distillery is inviting the community to get their rock on at their sixth Lights Out Festival where they will be celebrating 50 years of Pink Floyd’s 1973 album “Dark Side of the Moon.”
Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Casey Jones Distillery, Peg Hays appeared on WHOP to highlight what the festival has to offer. The festivities kick off at 10 a.m. on August 19 at Casey Jones Distillery.
Guests can grab a bite to eat from a variety of food trucks and partake in bourbon tastings and distillery tours. As the evening comes, Pink Floyd tribute band, American Floyd will take the stage and Hays says the band will perform the entirety of the “Dark Side of the Moon.”
As the night carries on with the band playing a light show is set to illuminate the sky.
Hays says the event is open to everyone, but once the band starts to play at around 6 p.m. then only those who bought tickets will be able to stay for the show.
More information about the festival is available at caseyjonesdistillery.com and general admission and VIP tickets are both on sale there as well.
