A western Kentucky man was sentenced to 15-years in prison in federal court last week for possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.
According to a news release, 37-year-old Deanthony Noonan of Mayfield will serve 15-years in prison, followed by a five-year term of supervised release, for possession with the intent to distribute more than 500 grams of a methamphetamine mixture. There is no parole in the federal system.
In February of 2022, according to court documents, Noon was found in possession of more than 500 grams of the meth mixture, with the intent to distribute the drug.
