Registration for the 2023 Sanctuary, Inc. Teen Summit is set to close tomorrow at 4 p.m.
The summit, set for Friday for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hopkinsville-Christian County Boys and Girls Club, is a free event featuring educational workshops, art and exercise sessions, a teen talk panel, a pep rally with a DJ, games and door prizes.
Lunch will be provided by Little Caesers Pizza, a donation from Living Water Ministries.
Executive Director of Sanctuary, Inc. Heather Lancaster says the summit serves to empower and educate local youth. Summit goers will have facilitated discussions on topics surrounding self-care, self-esteem, bullying, sexual assault and teen dating violence.
