Oak Grove’s newest festival is set to take over the Oak Grove Memorial Walking Trail, and people are invited to come enjoy music and food at the Kentucky Bands, Bourbon and Wine Festival.
Events Coordinator Scarlet Mayfield appeared on WHOP recently and says everything gets underway at noon on Saturday, July 15 and there will be music all-day from a great line up of music groups.
She says while the event won’t have many kid activities, it is still family-friendly and people can find a spot on the grass to enjoy the day.
Everything goes until 9 p.m. and is free to attend. After that, Oak Grove Tourism starts looking ahead to a big family event with the Butterfly Festival in September.
