A two-vehicle collision at Cox Mill Road and Pardue Lane Monday afternoon sent a Hopkinsville man to the hospital.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department collision report, 36-year-old Nathan Cowen of Hopkinsville was operating a vehicle westbound on Pardue Lane and slowed down at the intersection of Pardue Lane and Cox Mill. He reportedly thought no one was coming and so proceeded to make his turn on Cox Mill, and pulled into the path of a vehicle operated by 25-year-old Dominique Smith of Hopkinsville.
The two collided and Fields was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries. Several passengers also went to the hospital by private vehicle.
