A rear-end collision Friday morning on Greenville Road in Christian County injured the driver of the front vehicle.
It happened about 9 a.m. near 7270 Greenville Road and the report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office says 42-year old Valarie Defevers of Hopkinsville had stopped with her flashers on due to a passenger becoming ill and that’s when she was rear-ended by 89-year old Gwyen Coleman of Hopkinsville.
Defevers had non-life-threatening injuries and was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
Her passenger and Coleman were able to avoid injury.
