>>Titans Sign Receiver

(Nashville, TN)  —  The Titans are adding a new receiver to their corps.  Tennessee officially announced the signing of Chris Moore to a one-year deal.  The veteran pass catcher spent last season with the Texans and caught 48 balls for 548 yards and two touchdowns.  He was originally selected by the Ravens in the fourth round of the 2016 draft.  Moore has just under 13-hundred career receiving yards to go with eight touchdowns.

>>Zurich Classic Round One Recap

(Avondale, LA)  —  A pair of teams are tied atop the leaderboard at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans at TPC Louisiana.  The duos of Wyndham Clark/Beau Hossler and Sean O’Hair/Brandon Matthews each ended the opening round of the tournament 11 under par.  Five other teams are tied for third place. The starting time for the second round of the tournament has been moved forward one hour and 20 minutes due to forecasted inclement weather.

 

>>Kyle Larson Hopes To Climb Standings At Talladega

(Lincoln, AL)  —  Kyle Larson is hoping to climb the NASCAR Cup Series leaderboard at lengthy Talladega Speedway for the GEICO 500 this weekend.  The number-5 car took home the checkered flag at Martinsville in the NOCO 400 last weekend and sits fourth in the standings.  Christopher Bell, Ross Chastain and Kevin Harvick make up the top three while Martin Truex Jr is fifth.  Larson is the only driver to win multiple races this season, with his first victory coming at Richmond Raceway earlier this month.  The drivers roll into NASCAR’s biggest track Sunday afternoon.

 

>>Nashville SC Hosts LAFC In MLS Match

(Nashville, TN)  —  Nashville SC is back on the MLS pitch tomorrow night hosting LAFC.  The club is coming off 2-1 road-loss to NYCFC last weekend. The club is sixth in the East with 11 points while LA is second in the West with 17 points.
