>>Titans Schedule Visit With Hendon Hooker

(Nashville, TN)  —  The Titans could draft a quarterback from their own backyard.  Jordan Shultz with The Score reports Tennessee Volunteers QB Hendon Hooker visited the Titans yesterday.  The Titans have the 11th pick in the draft and have been rumored to move up all the way to number 3.  The draft is set for April 27th.

>>Ravens’ GM Could Select QB In First Round

(Undated)  —  Meanwhile, the Ravens are looking at quarterback prospects in the area.  General manager Eric DeCosta acknowledged during a pre-draft press conference that Baltimore could select a quarterback in the first round.  The Ravens uncertainty at the position comes after placing the nonexclusive franchise tag on Lamar Jackson this offseason.  Ohio State’s CJ Stroud, Alabama’s Bryce Young, Florida’s Anthony Richardson, Kentucky’s Will Levis and Tennessee’s Hendon Hooker are expected to be taken by the end of round one.

>Predators Host Hurricanes Tonight

(Nashville, TN)  —  A fresh sheet of ice is set in Nashville tonight as the Predators face off against the Hurricanes.  The team is coming off an overtime win against the Golden Knights. The team trails the Jets by three points for the last Wild Card spot in the West.  The Predators have four games left to play after tonight.

>>Bucks Secure Number One Overall Seed In NBA

(Milwaukee, WI)  —  The road to the NBA Finals will travel through Milwaukee.  The Bucks secured the top overall seed in the league following a 105-92 home-win over the Bulls.

>>NCAA Men’s Championship Game Draws Record-Low Viewership

(New York, NY)  —  This year’s NCAA Men’s Championship Game brought in a record-low viewership.  UConn’s 76-59 win over San Diego State on CBS was the lowest-viewed final on record.  The title game averaged 14.69-million viewers and came in under the 2018 championship game, which had held the record at just 15.99-million viewers.  That game featured Villanova defeating Michigan on TBS.  On the women’s side, LSU’s 102-85 win over Iowa set a record with 9.9-million viewers on ABC and ESPN2.

>>Bill Self Has No Plans To Retire Following Health Scare

(Lawrence, KS)  —  Kansas men’s basketball coach Bill Self is giving a positive update on his status following a health scare last month.  The two-time national champion said that he is “100-percent positive” that he will return as head coach of the Jayhawks next season.  Self missed the Big 12 and NCAA Tournaments after undergoing a heart procedure in early March.  The 60-year-old said that he is “in the process of feeling well again” and that he wants to remain the Kansas head coach “for a long time.”

>>First Lady Walks Back Iowa Invite

(Washington, DC)  —  The First Lady is walking back her suggestion both LSU and runner-up Iowa go to the White House. The LSU Tigers claimed their first women’s national title on Sunday, beating the Hawkeyes, and Jill Biden said both teams should come to the White House.  LSU star Angel Reese called Biden’s suggestion “a joke,” later adding “We’ll go to the Obamas.”  Even with the First Lady rescinding her invite to Iowa, LSU players remain split on whether to go.
