Enhanced risk for severe weather Wednesday

Western Kentucky and middle Tennessee are under an enhanced risk for severe weather Wednesday, as a cold front moves across the region.

The National Weather Service in Paducah says damaging winds will be the primary threat, but large hail and an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.

While storms seem to be most likely during the afternoon hours, the possibility of severe weather in the morning is also not out of the question.
