San Diego State, Miami Advance to Final Four, LSU, Iowa on the women’s side

(Undated)  —  The Final Four of the NCAA Tournament is set.  Fifth-seeded San Diego State edged sixth-seeded Creighton 57-56 to emerge as the winner in the South Region.  The Aztecs are set to meet ninth-seeded Florida Atlantic in their first ever Final Four.  Fifth-seeded Miami also punched its ticket to Houston after storming back to defeat second-seeded Texas 88-81 in the Midwest Region.  The Hurricanes are also making their Final Four debut as they square off with fourth-seeded UConn.  The Huskies are the highest remaining seed left as none of the top-three seeds made the Final Four for the first time in tournament history.
