Saturday is Cayce Day at the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County and there will be events happening there throughout the day to remember one of Hopkinsville’s most famous residents.
Edgar Cayce, proclaimed psychic and known as the father of holistic medicine, was born March 18, 1877, and each year the museum celebrates his birthday and his accomplishments in style. This year, Director Alissa Keller they’ll have events and activities at the museum this Saturday starting at 10 a.m. and going through the day, where people will learn more about Edgar Cayce and his life, while also learning about holistic medicine and spiritual wellness.
The majority of the events are free to participate in—Keller says the only things with a cost will be if you purchase any souvenirs and a Sound Healing session later in the day.
