Kentucky unemployment rate unchanged from December to January

Unemployment was unchanged from December to January in Kentucky.

The January jobless rate was 3.9 percent, according to the Kentucky Center for Statistics, unchanged from December, but down a tenth of a percentage point from the 4 percent recorded for the state one year ago.

The U.S. seasonally adjusted jobless rate for January was 3.4 percent, which was down a tenth of a point from December.
