Two people were arrested Saturday morning after a man allegedly pointed a gun at other drivers on Greenville Road in Hopkinsville.
An arrest citation for 38-year old Julian Bell of Hopkinsville says he created a substantial danger when he pointed a handgun out of his vehicle at other drivers in the area of the Greenville Road carwash about 7:20 a.m.
He was charged with wanton endangerment in the first-degree for that action.
Meanwhile, he and 27-year old Lacy Bell of Hopkinsville had their two-year old son in the car at the time, with police charging both of them with criminal abuse in the first-degree.
