Pioneers, Inc. will host their annual fish fry fundraiser Friday afternoon, with all proceeds going to support their scholarship fund.
Jimmy Hightower says a $14 donation will get you a plate of fish, sides and drink and the event goes from 4 until 7:30 p.m. at their complex on North Main Street.
Pioneers hands out $1,000 scholarships to a student at four local high schools each year and the fish fry raises money to make it happen.
Hightower says you can eat inside their complex or get your plate to take home.
