Unemployment was up slightly from October to November in Kentucky, but down from one year ago.

Kentucky’s seasonally adjusted preliminary November unemployment rate was an even 4 percent, up a tenth of a point from October and down six-tenths from the 4.6 percent recorded for the state one year ago.

The U.S. jobless rate for November was 3.7 percent, which was unchanged from October, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
