The head coach says the team is moving forward with Todd Downing as the offensive coordinator despite his arrest by the Tennessee Highway Patrol on November 18th. Police say Downing was charged with DUI and speeding following the team’s game against the Packers. The Titans are first in the AFC South with a 7-and-3 record. They host the 6-and-4 Bengals Sunday afternoon.
