(Lexington, KY)  — Number-4 Kentucky hosts Howard (hear it on 98.7 Lite FM beginning at 4) while 11th-ranked Tennessee welcomes Tennessee Tech to Knoxville.  Memphis heads to Nashville to play Vanderbilt.  Louisville begins its season on Wednesday against Bellarmine. The Murray State Racers travel to Chaifetz Arena Monday for the 2022-23 season opener against the Saint Louis Billikens. APSU opens its season Monday, at North Carolina State.

Season Opener: Kentucky Hosts Radford Monday at 7 p.m. ET

The University of Kentucky women’s basketball program will begin its 49th season this week, when it plays host to Radford on Monday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. ET inside Memorial Coliseum. The season opener will be broadcast on SEC Network+, with Jeff Piecoro and Christi Thomas on the call. The first 1,000 fans will receive a free clear tote, while free posters will be available at the entrances of the venue all season long.

Fresh off the program’s fourth-ever Final Four, the Louisville women’s basketball team is back in action as they kick off the 2022-23 season. The Cardinals are set to begin the campaign against Cincinnati on Monday, November 7 at the KFC Yum! Center. The game will begin at 5 p.m. ET and will be aired nationally on the ACC Network.

WKU Women’s Basketball Hosts Vanderbilt to Open 2022-23 Season

The 2022-23 season for WKU women’s basketball will officially tipoff on Monday evening in Bowling Green. The Lady Toppers will host Vanderbilt for the season and home opener at 6:30 p.m. Watch on ESPN+

Govs tip off 2022-23 campaign against Cumberland

Austin Peay State University women’s basketball team tips off its 62nd season and first as a member of the ASUN Conference against Cumberland at 6 p.m., Monday, in the Winfield Dunn Center. The Governors 2022-23 roster features 10 newcomers who look to make their APSU debut in Monday’s home opener. Those 10 newcomers are comprised of two freshmen and eight student-athletes with Division I experience. Austin Peay Athletics is celebrating Veterans Day in Monday’s home opener. All veterans will receive a free general admission ticket by showing their military ID at the ticket window.
