Christian Care Communities is celebrating Founder’s Week and local officials were on hand Thursday morning for the occasion.
Christian County Judge-Executive Steve Tribble and Hopkinsville Mayor Wendell Lynch presented a proclamation and Mayor Lynch noted the importance of the local campus.
Christian Care Communities Vice President for Advancement Jim Patton joined the celebration virtually and says they’re pleased with how the campus has grown over the years and it’s possible there could be growth in the future locally and across the region.
The local campus includes multiple housing options for seniors needing a broad spectrum of care or independence and features the relatively new Cornell Memory Care Center.
Christian Care Communities as an organization was founded 138 years ago.
