While there will be 16 voting centers where any registered voter can cast their ballot on Election Day in Christian County, there will also be other times and ways to vote if you won’t be available November 8.
Christian County Clerk Mike Kem says the portal will open September 24 on the GoVoteKY portal for anyone needing to request a mail-in absentee ballot because they won’t be able to vote in-person.
There will be early voting for any registered voter November 3-5 at the Senior Center and Bruce Convention Center and Kem says there will in-house absentee voting at the Christian County Courthouse October 26-28 and October 31-November 2.
Polls will be open November 8 from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. at 16 voting centers where anyone who is registered to vote—Bruce Convention Center, the courthouse, senior center, Oak Grove Community Center, Indian Hills Elementary, New Barren Springs Church, New Palestine Baptist Church, Friendship House, Sinking Fork Baptist Church, Pembroke Baptist Church, Crofton City Hall, South Christian Elementary, Walnut Street Center, Concord Baptist Church, Cedar Grove Baptist Church and Hopkinsville Middle School.
